Finance Manager – Tax (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager, Tax on a 6‑month contract to support our Singapore team. You will work closely with the Senior Finance Director and external tax advisors to ensure accurate tax compliance and reporting across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Finance Director/Financial Controller with regional tax matters.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate GST, VAT, and CIT filings.
• Collaborate with external advisors on Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Align tax activities with US GAAP and local regulations.
• Support internal quarterly and annual reporting on transfer pricing.
• Coordinate company income‑tax filings and ensure timely submission.
• Lead tax audits, providing required documentation and responses.
• Drive Pillar 2 project activities to successful completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing regional tax matters in Asia and Australia.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local tax regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and review GST/VAT/CIT filings.
• Experience with transfer‑pricing rules and computations.
• Track record of conducting detailed tax audits and guiding income‑tax filing processes.
• Ambitious, detail‑oriented, and able to drive projects to completion.
