Finance Record-to-Report Off-Cycle Internship (Jan‑Jun 2027)

About the role

Join PwC’s Finance department as a Record-to-Report (R2R) Intern and gain an inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages its financial backbone. You will work with the R2R team for six months, supporting daily finance operations while learning from experienced practitioners in a technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipts and payments, supporting interface reconciliation, adjustments, and data entry.
• Assist with bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Process and reconcile inter‑company transactions, maintaining clean financial records.
• Enter GIRO payment data for salary, CPF, FWL, iExpense, and bank charges.
• Support month‑end close by preparing journals for accruals, pre‑payments, rental recharges, and assisting with balance‑sheet analysis and P&L extractions.
• Utilise digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI‑enabled platforms to improve efficiency and insight.
• Receive coaching and mentorship from senior finance professionals and access PwC’s world‑class learning resources.

Required profile

• Curious and motivated students eager to build a strong technical foundation in finance and accounting.
• Accountancy or Finance students from local or overseas universities.
• Students from related disciplines (e.g., Business, Economics) with a demonstrated interest in finance and accounting.
