About the role

PwC’s Advanced Polytechnic Graduate Pathway Programme offers a structured entry route for polytechnic graduates into the Financial Services Assurance practice. As an Assistant Associate you will join a team that supports clients in asset and wealth management, banking, capital markets and insurance, helping them maintain trust and transparency in financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior professionals in delivering assurance engagements, including internal control and risk management reviews.
• Conduct procedural and regulatory compliance analyses for client projects.
• Prepare documentation and support the preparation of audit reports.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accountancy from a local polytechnic (preferred).
• Active participation in co‑curricular activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Commitment to teamwork and excellence.
