Financial Services Assurance Manager – Insurance

About the role

PwC’s Financial Services Assurance practice is seeking an experienced manager to lead insurance audit engagements. The role involves delivering statutory audit assignments for insurance clients and contributing to advisory projects within a technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and manage teams of professionals across a variety of assurance engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to support the insurance practice.
• Develop and facilitate the professional growth of insurance team members.
• Participate in a broad range of statutory audit assignments for insurance clients.
• Contribute to advisory projects in the insurance sector.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification with practical knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
• Minimum 5 years of external audit experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and teamwork abilities.
