About the role

The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our healthcare clinic. You will ensure smooth registration, appointment handling and provide courteous assistance throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

Register patients and manage their appointment schedules.
Handle cashiering duties and collect payments.
Respond to patient enquiries, feedback and provide clear information on treatment procedures.
Explain treatment options and clinic services without engaging in sales.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming front‑office environment.

Required profile

Strong customer service experience.
Prior experience in a clinic, hospitality or similar customer‑facing role is an advantage.
Ability to work Monday‑Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

What we offer

Monthly salary between SGD 2,500 and SGD 3,000.
3‑month contract with potential conversion to permanent.
Office‑based role in Orchard, Singapore.
