Head of APJ Field Marketing

About the role

As the Head of APJ Field Marketing, you will be the chief architect of the go‑to‑market engine for enterprise and strategic teams across the Asia‑Pacific‑Japan region. You will lead a high‑performing team of Field Marketing Managers, partner closely with sales, and drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive theater strategies, designing differentiated, scalable programs and world‑class events for target personas and industries.
• Partner with Sales and Inside Sales leadership, delivering executive presentations, insights‑driven recommendations, and business reviews.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a geographically dispersed team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and a culture of high performance.
• Establish executive‑level reporting, build KPI dashboards, and use analytics to optimize resource allocation and demonstrate marketing ROI.
• Own the APAC budget, ensuring every dollar drives high‑impact activities and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience building and scaling high‑performing marketing teams.
• Proven ability to coach talent, develop career paths, and create environments where top performers thrive.
• Expertise in change management, driving organizational transformation in fast‑growth settings.
• Strong data storytelling skills, turning metrics into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional presentation abilities, capable of building trust with C‑suite executives and external partners.
