Head of Marketing – Education & Recruitment

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead the Marketing Department for an education and recruitment business, driving both commercial and academic success. This senior position reports to school management and coordinates closely with admissions, sales, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 14 marketing staff across Singapore and Shanghai.
• Develop and execute strategies for student recruitment, revenue generation, and overall school growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with education agents and partners.
• Oversee education‑agent and admissions processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow‑up.
• Streamline departmental workflows, improve operating procedures, and monitor performance metrics.
• Direct the school’s marketing and promotional activities across digital, social media, and content channels.
• Manage CRM and sales processes to enhance transparency and coordination among sales staff.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education or a related field.
• Relevant experience in student recruitment, education marketing, sales or business development.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage relationships with education agents.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and marketing, sales or CRM systems.
