Immediate Hire: Accounts Payable Executive (SGD 2,800‑3,200)

About the role

This permanent position is an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Executive in Singapore. The role focuses on accurate processing of supplier invoices and employee claims, ensuring timely payments and supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record suppliers’ invoices and employee claims into the ERP system promptly.
• Verify invoices in the Coupa Procurement‑to‑Pay system and ensure they are transferred to ERP.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal divisions to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Accrue expenses when invoices are pending and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques, and execute online payments.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing processes, meeting all deadlines.
• Assist the Team Lead or Finance Manager with additional ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accountancy or 2‑5 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using Coupa or similar Procurement‑to‑Pay platforms.
