Innovation Project Manager

About the role

Givaudan is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of new technologies and processes that will drive cost efficiency, scalability and flexibility across its Asia‑Pacific operations. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas into industrial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects from concept through first industrialisation.
• Drive piloting and scale‑up of innovations, using Singapore as the regional hub.
• Serve as the primary interface with external partner ARTC and other collaborators.
• Scout, evaluate and build a pipeline of disruptive and incremental technologies.
• Align innovations with operational value drivers such as cost efficiency, OEE improvement and scalability.
• Apply governance frameworks (e.g., Stage‑Gate) and coordinate cross‑functional teams including Innovation, ManEx, CoE and Digital.
• Ensure integration with global innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in innovation or project management.
• Proven experience with automation, robotics, AI and Industry 4.0 technologies.
