About the role

PwC’s International Growth Practice is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Pharma & Healthcare expansion initiatives. The manager will partner with senior executives of multinational corporations and government bodies to design and implement strategies that drive sustainable global growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop market expansion strategies, including market, consumer and competitor assessments.
Design entry scenarios and channel strategies to help clients win in new regions.
Conduct global and regional site selection for headquarters, R&D centres, and manufacturing facilities.
Perform talent assessments to evaluate workforce availability for growth plans.
Realign supplier portfolios to support resilient and rebalanced supply chains.

Required profile

Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Proven ability to work with senior leadership on complex international projects.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in market and supply‑chain analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
