About the role
Forvis Mazars offers a range of internship opportunities in Singapore, giving you exposure to audit, financial advisory, consulting and outsourcing services. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects and develop a solid foundation in finance and accounting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist audit teams with briefing, perform audit procedures, evaluate evidence and help resolve audit issues.
- Support transaction services and M&A work by extracting data, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and preparing presentation materials.
- Conduct market research, build financial models for valuations, and draft valuation reports in line with international standards.
- Help analyse historical financial performance, prepare restructuring plans, and draft correspondence with creditors.
- Participate in consulting projects, including internal audit, risk assessment, AML/KYC checks and actuarial calculations.
- Support outsourcing functions such as accounting statement preparation, GST returns, payroll processing and corporate secretarial filings.
