About the role
We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive who will act as a Diamond Specialist, guiding clients through 1.5‑2 hour educational appointments about diamonds, helping them select and customise ring designs. The role involves managing appointments, assisting with design customisation, and ensuring timely delivery of diamonds.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality product demonstrations and educate clients on diamond characteristics during scheduled appointments.
- Stay updated on product developments and new designs.
- Manage the client journey, including coordinating diamond delivery timelines and handling custom design requests.
- Assist clients with selecting jewellery collections and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely customization of rings.
- Provide after‑sales support and follow‑up on client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in high‑end retail.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
