Junior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an early‑career Software Engineer to join a rotational program across our Banking & Payments, Trading, Investment Products, and Internal Products units. You will work on full‑stack features that go live in production, while exploring how AI tools can boost engineering speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through functional units, delivering full‑stack changes and learning each domain’s contribution to the platform.
• Pick up well‑scoped features and bugs, taking them from ticket to production while mastering our codebase and tooling.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand system trade‑offs and apply AI tools to improve velocity.
• Own small end‑to‑end domains, designing, building, shipping, and maintaining them.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and RFCs, contributing your own ideas.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of software development experience.
• Comfort (or eagerness) working across the stack, including frontend.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and sound engineering judgement.
• Curiosity about system architecture and how the business generates revenue.
• Growth mindset, eager to learn, iterate, and take on responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Go (preferred).
• Proficiency in TypeScript (preferred).
• Frontend development experience.
• Backend development experience.
