Legal Counsel (3-5 PQE) – Manufacturing (East)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel with 3‑5 years of post‑qualification experience to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. The role will primarily support legal matters across Southeast Asia, with occasional assistance to other regional offices. You will work closely with business units to ensure legal robustness of contracts and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial and legal agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in Singapore and other SEA jurisdictions.
• Provide legal advice to support the company’s regional operations and business initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues promptly.
• Support dispute resolution and liaise with external counsel when needed.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 3‑5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong understanding of commercial law and regulatory frameworks in Southeast Asia.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
