Management Accountant – Leading FMCG Business

About the role

The role reports to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and is based in Singapore. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the Southeast Asia region, while supporting group consolidation and entity‑level account reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts for SEA operations.
• Produce regular management reports and performance dashboards.
• Review entity‑level accounts in collaboration with in‑country finance teams.
• Support group consolidation and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Provide qualitative analysis and create presentation decks for financial performance reviews.
• Drive continuous process improvements and ensure compliance with corporate and statutory governance.

Required profile

• Degree qualified and a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on management accounting and consolidation experience, including prior external audit exposure.
• Proficient with SAP and comfortable working independently in a lean team.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Team‑oriented attitude, eager to be mentored by supportive finance leaders.
