Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

Join The Brewerkz Group as a Marketing Executive (or Senior Marketing Executive) and support marketing initiatives across a portfolio of vibrant food and beverage brands, including a craft brewery, a Mexican restaurant, and a modern Asian dining concept.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the brand marketing calendar, coordinating festive and seasonal menu launches.
• Oversee food and drink menu development and produce related print and digital collateral.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain brand reputation.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media, website, and email marketing channels.
• Produce copy for social media posts, campaigns, and press releases.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to plan and execute visual assets for campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant.
• Support the Event Sales team with compelling sales materials and assist with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food & beverage sector.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing a team.
• Energetic, self‑driven attitude with a passion for the local F&B scene.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably holds a tertiary qualification.
