Marketing Manager – Social Media & Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s social media presence across both international and Chinese platforms. You will work closely with clients in the education sector to translate their objectives into compelling digital campaigns that boost visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of brand social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Accounts and WeChat Channels.
• Coordinate content creation with copywriters, designers, video editors and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing, recruitment marketing, and brand awareness initiatives for international universities.
• Develop marketing proposals, presentations and basic data analyses using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Claude and Notion AI to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.
• Document SOPs and operational guidelines to improve team processes.
• Identify project risks early and propose proactive solutions.
• Assist with additional marketing and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Digital Media or related fields.
• Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, education industry or advertising agencies (fresh graduates with strong internships considered).
• Strong communication, coordination and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 4,500 to SGD 6,000 per month.
