About the role
Join a roadshow team to promote and sell NTUC Union Membership across Singapore, earning a basic salary plus commission. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Approach and engage the public at islandwide roadshows, including supermarkets and events.
- Promote and sell NTUC membership by clearly explaining its benefits.
- Handle customer enquiries, overcome concerns, and close sales.
- Process membership sign‑ups using a company‑provided iPad.
- Achieve individual sales targets through active customer engagement.
Required profile
- Strong people skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
- Willingness to work a 5‑day roster and travel to various roadshow locations.
- Open to training; fresh graduates, career switchers, mature candidates and retirees are welcome.
What we offer
- Basic salary of SGD 2,500 per month plus commission, with potential earnings up to SGD 4,000 per month.
- Full training provided.
