MICE & Travel Operations Executive – Corporate Travel Support

About the role

Our client, a well‑established travel and events organisation, is looking for a MICE & Travel Operations Executive to support corporate travel programmes, meetings, incentive trips, conferences and related activities. The role involves coordinating travel logistics, preparing operational documents and providing sales support to ensure smooth execution of group travel projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transport and other services.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, venues and partners to obtain quotations and secure reservations.
• Prepare travel itineraries, operational documents, pre‑departure booklets and tour information packs.
• Arrange airport transfers, coach services and logistics for group travel programmes.
• Handle visa enquiries and travel‑insurance requests from corporate clients.
• Provide operational and administrative support to sales and business travel teams.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, event orders and invoices.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, events or a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, customer‑focused mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
