MIS and Reporting Officer – Private Banking (1-Year Contract)

About the role

Support back‑office operations for the Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres of a private bank. The MIS and Reporting Officer will manage data extraction, MIS reporting, regulatory submissions and trade processing to ensure accurate and timely operational and compliance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to extract data for MIS, audit and regulatory requests.
• Compile and submit management information, regulatory reports and audit data on OTC derivative products.
• Set up market rules and approve trades from the Pre‑trade Validation queue to ensure compliance with trading policies.
• Manage sub‑account openings for Trade Processing and Corporate Action teams.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes and enhancements.
• Uphold standards of honesty, integrity, due care, conflict‑of‑interest management and regulatory compliance.
• Work with relevant teams to fulfill regulatory requirements and ensure data extraction follows need‑to‑know principles with proper approvals and controls.
• Complete mandatory trainings to maintain competence and compliance.
• Review operational processes to identify risks and implement mitigating controls.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to facilitate smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate initiative, passion and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree qualification with at least 2 years relevant experience in banking or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including macros, to support data analysis and reporting.
• Competence in using data extraction tools and management information systems for operational reporting.

What we offer

• Contract duration of one year.
