Officer, Credit/Loans Operations (Corporate Banking)

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Credit Operations Officer to join a regional bank’s loan operations team in Singapore. The role involves end‑to‑end administration of bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review legal documentation for credit facilities and interpret facility agreements for transaction permissibility.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle, including drawdowns, rollovers, principal repayments, and interest collections.
• Examine utilisation requests, verify facility limits, and prepare SWIFT payment instructions for disbursements.
• Process Bank Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, and conduct AML/KYC checks.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers on documentation and prepare regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with IT on system upgrades, UAT rollouts, and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit documentation and loan administration.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
