Patient Journey Partner (Singapore)

About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is the local champion for Roche’s disease‑area portfolio in Singapore. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the PJP owns the end‑to‑end patient journey, developing and executing strategies that improve health outcomes and expand patient access across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement local disease‑area strategies that optimise the patient journey from diagnosis to treatment.
• Steward Roche’s innovative portfolio throughout its lifecycle, aligning clinical insights with commercial considerations to maximise sustainable patient reach.
• Act as the primary liaison for healthcare professionals, therapeutic‑area experts and patient‑advocacy groups, co‑creating solutions that address gaps in care.
• Lead cross‑functional “swarm” teams, influencing specialists without formal authority to deliver integrated initiatives.
• Bring external, “outside‑in” insights into internal decision‑making, shaping strategy and resource allocation.
• Prioritise and allocate resources to ensure the most impactful interventions for patients and the organisation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level leader with decision‑making authority within a pharmaceutical affiliate.
• Deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare environment and stakeholder landscape.
• Proven ability to partner with HCPs, experts and advocacy groups to drive collaborative outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and business ownership mindset.
