About the role
This temporary position supports the hospital’s inpatient ward by handling patient admissions, discharges, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks. You will work on two shift patterns (AM or PM) and receive on‑the‑job training.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing admission and discharge documents.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage registrations.
- Enter patient details accurately into the hospital information system.
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to enquiries and provide information.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Minimum N Level qualification.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.

What we offer
- Temporary (fixed‑term) contract.
- Salary range SGD 1,500 – 3,000 per month.
- Choice of AM (7 am‑4 pm) or PM (12 pm‑9 pm) shift.
