Patient Service Associate – Singapore (Islandwide)

About the role
The Patient Service Associate provides front‑line support at health monitoring stations across Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth registration, appointment scheduling, and courteous service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and register patients upon arrival.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate specialist referrals.
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
- Manage patient concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Take basic health measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level qualification.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Healthcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

What we offer
- Fixed monthly salary of SGD 2,500.
- Contract employment with the possibility of future extensions.
- On‑site work at various health monitoring stations on a roster basis.
