Production Assembly Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing

About the role

As a Production Assembly Operator at a leading medical device manufacturer, you will execute production processes in a clean‑room environment, ensuring quality and meeting production targets. You will work independently while following Kaizen principles and established working instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Follow current guidelines, including working instructions, process descriptions, hygiene rules, cGMP, and environmental policies.
• Independently execute and monitor process steps according to written instructions and training level.
• Report any process, quality, or safety discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as move tickets and inspection protocols.
• Participate actively in Kaizen initiatives to minimise waste.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture and uphold safety standards.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support organizational performance.

Required profile

• Completed professional education (preferred).
• Experience in a clean‑room environment (advantageous).
• Background in production, inspection tasks, or machine handling (preferable).
