Program Manager, Regional Maintenance Planning

About the role
Google is looking for a Program Manager to lead regional maintenance planning for its data center infrastructure. You will coordinate multi‑disciplinary projects, align maintenance schedules with business objectives, and ensure compliance across sites in Singapore, Japan or Taiwan.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and implement multiple maintenance planning projects from initiation to delivery.
- Align maintenance priorities with company goals and data‑center availability targets.
- Develop and oversee scheduling of work related to HVAC, electrical, mechanical and generator systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across time zones to identify risks and communicate progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of program or project management experience.
- Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, controls or generator systems.
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Preferred experience in critical facilities management and high‑availability data‑center environments.
