Quantity Surveyor (Senior Executive)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation and tender submissions for our construction projects. The role involves evaluating subcontractor quotations, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring accurate budgeting throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate subcontractors’ quotations and variation order works to ensure accurate cost assessment
• Justify estimates in subcontractors’ quotations and variation order works to support budget accuracy
• Perform cost planning, estimation, and measurement to control project expenses effectively
• Maintain detailed records of all cost submissions for audit and review purposes
• Prepare progress reports and submit progress claims to clients to track project financial status
• Conduct tender estimation and submission to secure project contracts competitively
• Identify and resolve issues with consultants to maintain project progress and compliance
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to support project management and reporting

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, post‑graduate diploma or professional degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost management for construction projects
