Recruitment Consultant – Banking & Financial Services or General Desk

About the role

RevUp Proservices is seeking two Recruitment Consultants to join its fast‑growing team in Central Singapore. One consultant will focus on building a specialist Banking & Financial Services desk, while the other will develop a general recruitment desk across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end (360) recruitment for permanent, contract and temporary roles, from frontline to leadership positions.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio, driving business development and account growth.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the full hiring lifecycle.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder on strategy and client acquisition.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Prior exposure to banking or financial services hiring is a strong plus for the specialist desk.
• Hold or be eligible to obtain a CEI (Certified Employment Intermediary) licence.
• Comfortable managing a full desk, including business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
• Available to work full‑time onsite from the Central Singapore office.

• Base salary ranging from SGD 3,500 to SGD 5,500 per month.
