Registered Nurse – Adult Home Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in an adult home setting across Singapore. The role involves monitoring health, supporting daily living activities, and collaborating with medical teams to ensure high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assess residents’ health status.
• Assist with personal grooming, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Deliver nursing care in line with established policies and procedures.
• Support doctors, senior nurses and the assistant manager in preventive and curative medical services.
• Supervise nursing aides and health attendants, ensuring proper care delivery.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.

Required profile

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shift duties.
