About the role
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) at NTU is looking for a highly motivated Research Fellow to advance AI‑driven multi‑omics research aimed at precision medicine and healthy ageing. The role will involve developing computational approaches and integrating diverse biological data sets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct scientific research on multi‑omics data.
- Develop new algorithms for multi‑omics data integration.
- Maintain and optimise bioinformatics pipelines in the laboratory.
- Write scientific manuscripts and contribute to grant applications.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or a related field.
- Strong publication record or preprints in relevant areas.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in data analysis using R.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Python.
