About the role
The Safety Assistant will help maintain a safe and orderly environment at the School of Young Talents (SYT) campus. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors, ensuring smooth entry and exit while upholding security protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee crowd management and campus safety during regular operations and peak periods.
- Facilitate smooth entry and exit for SYT students and manage parental access.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and address any safety‑related concerns.
- Respond to visitor enquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Support the Principal with additional tasks related to campus security.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn on the job.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and active on‑ground presence.
- Available to work Fridays and weekends during peak periods.
- Full commitment to the contract duration.
- Positive, proactive team player with strong communication skills.
