Sales Director – Korea, Japan & Singapore Markets

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our business across Korea, Japan and Singapore. You will be responsible for shaping market strategy, building high‑performing teams and delivering revenue targets in these key Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Korea, Japan and Singapore markets aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, manage and develop the local sales team, setting clear performance targets and monitoring KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage with trading professionals, institutional clients, introducing brokers and affiliates.
• Build and expand strategic partnerships using the company’s rebate and partnership structures.
• Leverage local marketing and acquisition channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Oversee client acquisition and onboarding to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client needs, providing recommendations for market development.
• Prepare regular performance, pipeline and productivity reports for management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Compliance and other internal teams to support market expansion.
• Take overall responsibility for achieving sales targets and sustainable growth in the three markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business, marketing or a technical field.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of regional expansion and revenue growth.
• Experience in international, especially Asia‑Pacific, markets.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies.
• Cross‑cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Korean or Japanese is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Asia.
