Senior Accounts Executive – Finance & Accounting

About the role

The Senior Accounts Executive will lead financial reporting and billing operations for ANRADUS across Singapore and regional entities. This full‑time, onsite position offers the chance to shape accounting processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial records, statements and regulatory reports.
• Manage billing, invoice processing and reconciliation against the General Ledger.
• Compile periodic financial reports and supporting documents for management.
• Lead the Accounts team and oversee finance operations and accounting systems.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing activities within set timelines.
• Handle end‑to‑end accounting functions including AP, AR, GL and reconciliations for designated countries.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and liaise with auditors, tax consultants and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings and internal policies.
• Identify workflow improvements and support rollout of new financial procedures and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an ISCA‑recognised professional accounting certification.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting or finance experience; audit exposure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, standards and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Willingness to travel overseas occasionally for business purposes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
