Senior Associate, Business Recovery Services (Deals)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Business Recovery Services team within the Deals Advisory practice. You will work with a diverse group of professionals to help distressed companies restore value through financial and operational restructuring, forensic investigations, and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of restructuring and forensic services.
• Train, mentor, and lead junior staff throughout project lifecycles.
• Build and maintain effective relationships directly with clients.
• Contribute to the development of technical expertise within the team.
• Stay informed on local and national business and economic trends.
• Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities.
• Promote the PwC brand and foster internal relationships.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, or forensic investigations.
• Strong project management abilities and a collaborative team mindset.
• Highly adaptable, able to work independently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently on short notice.
