Senior Executive – Clinical Research Officer (Operations)

About the role

LKCMedicine, the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, is seeking a Senior Executive to join the Health for Life in Singapore (HELIOS) Study team. The role focuses on operational support for a large‑scale population health study that aims to profile up to 100,000 Singapore residents.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with study participants and guide them through all study procedures.
• Administer questionnaires and collect physiological and biological samples accurately.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to study operations.
• Track consumables and flag supply needs for timely replenishment.
• Maintain strict adherence to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and HBRA requirements.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver with strong teamwork orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for clear participant communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex SOPs.
• Willingness to develop a broad understanding of clinical research processes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Knowledge of HBRA regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of emergency response procedures (e.g., Code Blue SOP).
