Senior Executive – Clinical Research Officer (Reporting)

About the role

LKCMedicine is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Executive to join the Health for Life in Singapore (HELIOS) Study team. The role focuses on reporting and participant liaison for a large‑scale population health study involving up to 100,000 Singapore residents.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear, professional communication with study participants throughout the study lifecycle.
• Compile, verify, and dispatch participant health reports accurately and on schedule.
• Address participant queries and concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Process and coordinate participant honoraria, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Collaborate with local clinicians to follow up on critically abnormal or incidental findings.
• Liaise with internal teams, supervisors, and study stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely information sharing.

Required profile

• Diploma or basic degree in business management, marketing, communication, or social sciences.
• Ability to work independently with high levels of motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and a proactive approach.
