Senior Fund Accountant – Asset & Wealth Managed Services

About the role

PwC is expanding its Asset & Wealth Managed Services (AWMS) team in Singapore and is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant. You will manage a portfolio of fund managers, family offices and asset owners, acting as the primary liaison and ensuring high‑quality fund accounting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and review fund accounting, bookkeeping and administration for complex alternative investment funds (private equity, venture capital, real estate, fund‑of‑funds) and family offices.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual NAV reporting packs, including trial balances, balance sheets, statements of operations, investment holdings and bank reconciliations.
• Draft financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, RAP 7 and other relevant accounting standards.
• Oversee fund audits, coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion.
• Coach junior team members, monitor deadlines and maintain rigorous risk‑management and quality standards.
• Collaborate with PwC tax, valuation and other service lines to address client needs and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in fund accounting or related financial reporting roles.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment structures and NAV calculations.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to translate complex financial information for diverse stakeholders.
