Senior Inpatient Nurse – 3 Shift (Caldecott)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Inpatient Nurse to join our 3‑shift team at Caldecott. You will provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care in a fast‑paced hospital environment, collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, competent nursing care including patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and care‑plan implementation.
• Coordinate treatment plans and follow‑up with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Provide education, emotional support, and updates to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, infection‑control practices, medication management, and compliance with Singapore Nursing Board standards.
• Promote patient safety, report incidents, and manage medical equipment and supplies.
• Mentor junior nurses, support team collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing from a local polytechnic and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Post‑registration experience in a hospital or hospice setting (preferred).
• Strong passion for patient service, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
