Senior Officer – Corporate Action & Operations (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Officer to provide daily operational support for CPFIS/SRS products during corporate action events. The role ensures timely and accurate processing while complying with regulatory and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support on CPFIS/SRS products for corporate action events.
• Maintain processing timeliness and accuracy to meet agreed SLA.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Track and capture key operations MIS for management reporting.
• Resolve queries, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
• Support business plans and perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in corporate actions processing.
• Knowledge of investment products such as equity, fixed income, and unit trusts.
• Familiarity with mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across asset classes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to suggest process improvements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner with multitasking capability.
