Senior People Specialist

About the role

The Senior People Specialist supports Mastercard’s Asia Pacific People & Capability team, partnering with regional leadership to drive people initiatives, projects and operational priorities. This role blends project management, people analytics and technology to deliver impactful HR solutions across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of regional People & Capability initiatives across Asia Pacific.
• Coordinate multi‑stakeholder projects, ensuring milestones, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Create reports and executive‑ready presentations to track program performance and costs.
• Partner with People Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Finance and business stakeholders to drive program success.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and technology to improve productivity, reporting and decision‑making.
• Handle sensitive employee and business information with utmost professionalism.

Required profile

• Experience supporting HR Business Partners, HR leaders or senior leadership teams.
• Exposure to workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement or organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including creation of professional presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global matrix organisations while maintaining confidentiality.
