Senior Project Manager – Business Change & Delivery

About the role

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead business change and delivery initiatives within the financial services sector. You will own end‑to‑end project delivery, aligning timelines, risks and objectives with key business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, milestones and overall delivery across business change initiatives.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive execution across cross‑functional teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor milestones, risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues and removing blockers.
• Provide clear, structured status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Engage and influence business stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability without direct authority.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager with full ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
• Strong experience in project governance, planning/re‑planning and risk, milestone and dependency management.
• Proven ability to step into in‑flight projects and quickly stabilise delivery.
• Experience working in business‑facing roles with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Exposure to financial services such as asset management, wealth management or investment banking.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and influencing skills.
