Senior Speech and Language Therapist – AWWA School

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our trans‑disciplinary Allied Health team at AWWA School. You will work with children aged 7‑18 years, delivering individualized and group therapy in an educational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and identify each client’s speech and language needs.
• Design, develop and implement individualized or group therapy programmes.
• Apply evidence‑based practices to all interventions.
• Stay current with research and developments in pediatric speech therapy.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and social workers.
• Conduct workshops and training for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recognised Degree or Master in Speech Pathology (as listed by Singapore’s Health Professionals Council).
• Eligibility to register as a full registrant with the Allied Health Professions Council of Singapore.

Required skills

• Speech and language assessment techniques.
• Therapy programme design and implementation.
• Evidence‑based intervention methods.
