Senior Tax Manager – Tax Compliance & Advisory

About the role

The Senior Tax Manager will lead a team delivering tax compliance, assessment and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients in Singapore. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and tax authorities, ensuring timely resolution of tax issues while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end tax engagements, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting and staff management.
• Provide tax compliance, assessment and advisory services to corporate and individual clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact with tax authorities, handling queries and resolving disputes.
• Develop strategies to address complex technical tax challenges.
• Train, coach and supervise junior staff, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Identify emerging tax issues and conduct research to support client advisory.

Required profile

• Professional qualification or accounting degree recognised by ISCA.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in a CPA firm.
• Strong knowledge of current global tax standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Service‑oriented, commercially focused and highly organised.
