Senior/Staff Nurse – Lipid Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Staff Nurse to join our Lipid Services team at Changi General Hospital. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive lipid assessments and supporting personalized care plans for patients with lipid disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lipid assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate patient care, follow‑ups, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide education and counselling on lipid disorders to patients and families.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Maintain registries, oversee testing processes, and monitor quality care outcomes.

Required profile

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Post‑Graduate or Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Certification in Lipidology and completion of a Genetic Counselling Course.
• Minimum 3 years of acute care experience with relevant regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of managing tasks effectively.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
