Staff Nurse – Nursing Home (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our nursing home network across Singapore. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, supporting their health and wellbeing in a compassionate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs of residents on a regular basis.
• Assist residents with personal grooming, hygiene and daily living activities.
• Provide nursing care in line with established policies and procedures.
• Support doctors, senior nurses and the assistant manager in delivering preventive and curative medical services.
• Supervise and guide nursing aides and health attendants to ensure consistent care delivery.
• Respond to emergency situations within the home promptly and effectively.

Required profile

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shift duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and patient monitoring.
