About the role
The Strategic Analytics & Insights Business Partner will lead sales and renewals for the Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand portfolio, primarily within the FMCG and Retail sectors. You will build a sustainable pipeline, uncover new revenue streams, and strengthen relationships with existing clients while collaborating closely with Customer Success and other internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts, securing pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' industries, markets, and business clusters.
- Partner with Customer Success, Retail Measurement, and other account leaders to create and execute account plans and joint business plans.
- Collect and act on Voice of Customer feedback, escalating product needs and market trends.
- Expand the customer network to identify new budget holders and growth opportunities.
Required profile
- 7‑10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide sales teams.
- Growth mindset with a focus on accelerating sales and uncovering opportunities.
- Deep understanding of the FMCG sector and market dynamics.
