About the role

Join PwC Strategy& Deals as a Year‑End Intern and support high‑impact strategic projects across mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. You will work with senior leaders on real business challenges, gaining exposure to corporate strategy, deal advisory, and government strategy within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in target identification, commercial due diligence, and market entry analyses.
• Support the development of strategic frameworks, value‑creation models, and recommendation reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on diverse sector projects, rotating across assignments.
• Contribute to client presentations and board‑level discussions.
• Participate in structured training, on‑the‑job coaching, and mentorship programs.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate or graduate student with strong analytical and commercial instincts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
