Tax Workforce Senior Associate – Employment Tax & Operations

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Workforce Practice, focusing on employment and equity tax matters. The role involves delivering tax advisory and compliance services to Singapore and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Singapore and international personal tax advisory, supporting corporate tax services such as structuring, investments, M&A, and family office setups.
• Develop people and organisation solutions, identifying and implementing tax optimisation opportunities.
• Support individual and payroll‑related tax compliance for clients, both within and outside Singapore.
• Maintain strong client relationships and keep them informed of market changes and trends.
• Apply digital solutions, including Robotic Process Automation and Data Analytics, to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Degree holder with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of workforce management, employment and equity taxes in Singapore.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a keen willingness to learn.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
