Treatment Coordinator – 3‑Month Contract to Permanent (Up to SGD 3000)

About the role
This position supports Orchard Dental Clinic’s front‑desk operations, handling patient registration, cash transactions, and answering enquiries. It starts as a three‑month contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent role, offering a salary up to SGD 3000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Register patients and manage their records.
- Process payments and handle cashier duties.
- Respond to customer feedback and patient enquiries.
- Explain upcoming dental treatments to patients before procedures.
- Provide value‑added service by justifying the benefits of treatments without engaging in sales.
Required profile
- Comfortable working Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm and Saturday 9 am‑1 pm.
- Available to work on‑site at the clinic.
- Willing to work Sundays and public holidays off.
Required skills
