VP Relationship Manager – Private Banking (NRI Market)

About the role

The Vice President Relationship Manager will lead private banking activities for the NRI market, delivering personalised wealth solutions to high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/UHNW clients within the NRI market.
• Implement a geographically focused strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ investment needs and provide sound financial advice in partnership with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout clients’ wealth journeys, strengthening long‑term relationships.
• Ensure strict compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8‑12 years of relevant private banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of private banking products and deep expertise in the NRI market.
• Good understanding of banking compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric focus.
• Team player capable of collaborating widely with internal stakeholders.
